From Queens-
Take Cross Island parkway (south) to Southern State Parkway going East Take the Southern State Parkway to exit 28S (Seaford/Oyster Bay Exp.) Beware there are 2 of those exits, take the second 28S Get off on exit 2 going East, which should be rt.27 Sunrise highway. Continue on that for about 2 miles and tower will be on the right hand side across from a TGI Fridays
